Looking through the different articles I decided to read more about "Free Technology for Teachers". I found Google Earth as one of the free peices, which I have also used in my classroom or at least have tried to. Real World Math was another Google source listed, which is great for students of all ages when they ask that dreaded question . . . . "When am I ever going to use this?"
The Free Technology for Teachers, website offers a wide variety of technology that covers a range of academic areas from science and math to foreign languages. There is also more information and links to wikis, youtube, and blogs. Below is one free source I found from this article that I would definately use in my classroom, as a fun reading tool.
